Get Started With Me In January!

Happy New Year! 2019 is officially upon us and I couldn't be more excited. The start of a new year gives us all the opportunity to set brand new goals and hold ourselves accountable to them. I'm a HUGE believer in goal setting! If you haven't already, I highly recommend spending some time to map out the things you would like to achieve this year. 

There is no better way to kickstart 2019 than by starting strong in January. It's one thing to have a resolution, but it's another to take action and truly commit to making progress. I'm launching 2 different programs this month to provide you with the ultimate environment to capitalize on this new motivation and take control of your fitness journey in 2019!

Before I share all the details on this, I want to showcase a few of my fave new BBR transformations! I've spent a lot of time over the past weeks going through the progress pics from my last Challenge and I've honestly been overwhelmed. Seeing so many of you ladies completely changing not only your bodies but your entire mindset gives me an indescribable feeling! I am so proud of you all!! 

Madi achieved these results in a 4 week period, aiming to shred, tighten and tone before Christmas! AMAZING, right!?!?

Bree completed my previous TLM and STT Challenges and has completely changed her shape in just 12 weeks. Look at that booty and hourglass figure!

I will post another blog in the coming days to highlight some more transformations with feedback from the girls. I often hear new clients doubting themselves and thinking 'that will never be me'. These ladies are proof that it can be you! There is no better time than right now to shift your mentality and believe in yourself. I have had thousands of incredible transformations in 2018 and wish I was able to share them all!
