WHAT CAN YOU ACHIEVE IN 4 WEEKS?

Hi gorgeous, 

I wanted to take some time today to share some of the incredible transformations from my last 4 Week Challenge! This Challenge was focused on shredding, tightening and toning in time for Christmas, and I have to admit that I was blown away by the results!! Not only did these ladies make significant improvements to their shape, but they also found a new sense of confidence and self-belief and completely changed their mindset. 

If you're looking to take control of your health and fitness journey in 2019, let these ladies be your motivation! If there was a way to share more of these transformations I would, to show you that it is possible! I work with thousands of ladies from all across the world and one thing is always common; when you truly commit to giving your 100% effort, amazing results will follow. Our bodies all respond in different ways and we are all unique, but it is possible! My Challenges provide a SUSTAINABLE and ENJOYABLE approach to fitness. Although these results were achieved in 4 weeks, the aim is to provide these ladies with the tools to carry into the rest of their lives.

Then, I had the almost impossible task of trying to choose a winner! It took Emma and I weeks to go through thousands of progress pics. You ladies have set the bar for 2019 and I'm SO proud of you all! Congrats again Madi!

As you can see above, although we are all at different stages of our journey's, we are all able to achieve amazing progress! These changes were made in the short space of 4 weeks, but these ladies have now embraced health and fitness as a lifestyle and can continue to make progress through their new lifestyle. 

I'm launching my next 6 Week Challenge on January 21, which is my biggest BBR Challenge ever! I have included some brand new App features and places are already over 50% full!

This Challenge provides you with all the tools you need to transform mentally and physically + the guidance and support you need to stay accountable. My goal has always been to create an environment that supports and empowers females to achieve their goals, as I never had this when I started! I LOVED training, but no one would take me seriously and I couldn't keep up with paying my personal trainer every time I went to the gym. Through building BBR, I've not only been able to reach my goals, but work with thousands of ladies from across the globe to achieve theirs too. I'm so excited to start this Challenge with you all!
