Help, what’s the difference?

Both challenges are $99.00 AUD, and are 6 week challenges delivered in the same format.
With both challenge, you will receive a personalised meal plan and macros, check in at halfway and 24/7 support.

The main difference is in the training aspect of the challenge.

The 6 Week Build a Booty Challenge is primarily glute and leg focused, and is designed to help you build muscle in your legs and glutes, to achieve a beautiful bikini body shape.
YES, with this challenge you will also lean and tone your entire body – we find almost all girls also experience significant fat loss on this challenge!

You WILL need a gym and gym machines for this challenge.

The 6 Week Shred Challenge is primarily HIIT based – they are intense workouts, designed to help you shred body fat fast!  This program targets your entire body, and is focused around high rep, resistance, pylo and body weight exercises. 

This Challenge requires very minimal equipment!  So it is great if you don’t have access to gym machines.
The equipment required for this program is:  skipping rope, ankle weights, cables, kettlebell, barbbells, dumbbells and a cardio machine (e.g treadmill, stationary bike).
