April 2018 - June 2019

I started with the 28-Day Shred and went right into the 6 Week Bikini 1.0 Challenge in May 2018. From there I did back to back challenges between Booty, TLM challenges, Bikini 2.0 and 3.0, and currently doing Rachel’s 8 Week Program. 

I never would have done this without Rachel and her team. I was eating 1000 calories a day and doing excessive cardio. I’m now up to 1750 calories a day with cardio twice a week. Choosing Rachel as my coach is hands down the best decision I’ve made! Thank you so much, girls! I can’t wait to continue to journey and keep improving myself.
