“Consistency and balance are truly the best things I have learnt. As well as loving myself, listening to my body and accepting there is no ‘quick fix’ for anything. Also FYI scales mean NOTHING I am heavier in my latest after photo than I am in the first half of it! I used to live and breathe by a number that doesn’t even begin to cover how strong, fit and happy I am!! My weight doesn’t define my worth! But I am very proud of my progress, and as usual so thankful to have found the BBR program.”
