4 Week STT

I discovered STT. The program is only 4 weeks, and SO MUCH FUN. It was much easier to complete as it was a short and achievable goal, and the results are amazing. I have completely changed the way I look at exercise and nutrition. I am flexible dieting and still eating all of the foods I love, but still achieving amazing results in the gym without over exerting myself. I am now on my eighth straight weeks of BBR workouts without missing a single day! I am totally hooked. Also! There are 28 days and 0lbs difference between these two photos!
