"Your challenge is the best thing that I have ever done for my body (physically and mentally). I am a full-time university student and I have always had a mindset that my health and fitness is not my number one priority. However, on this 8 week journey I found when you make your health and fitness your number one priority, you can do everything else in your life more efficiency and effectively because you have so much more energy and your mind is clear. I had so much more energy and my skin cleared up after a couple of days of starting the challenge. I am now stronger, healthier and happier than I have ever been in my life. The food plan, recipes and workouts on your app are amazing and so convenient for my busy lifestyle. This is not the end of my BBR journey and I will definitely be doing another one of your challenges very soon.
