“I just wanted to show that things take time... This is 10.5 weeks of BBR (8 Week challenge and currently Bikini 1.0). It’s about consistency and accountability. I can admit that I haven’t been 100% all the time, and that’s ok. It’s all about learning and creating new habits. Some days I’m great, and some days I’ll crack and have Nutella on a spoon, but I’m aware that everything I do affects every part of me. I try and take each day as it comes and learn from each day.”
