Challenge: 6 Week - Team Shred
"I was very hesitant to join this program as I have done many in the past (and failed majority of them within the first week). However, this program was completely different.
The meal guide was what helped me at the start, to stay consistent with the plan, but the workouts are what kept me going. Each one was different and each challenged me more than anything. I have a really long way to go but I know if I never bought this challenge I would still be stuck at the start continuing going down a bad path for my health and confidence.
