"So I wanted to share my BBR transformation photos as I’ve been with BBR for 4 months now. So here’s my journey:

I started working out at the end of December 2018 (after I took the dressing room photo below lol. At that time I was eating fast food twice a day and NEVER worked out, but I decided I wanted a change. So in between December 26th 2018-January 21st, I did BBR’s previous “Train Like Me” challenge. I had bought the challenge in August BUT didn’t do a SINGLE workout. So I just started working out with that.

Ever since, I’ve been working out 6 times a week and only do 1 cheat meal a week. I am sooo much stronger, and so much more confident now! And thank you to BBR teaching me to love the process more than the end results."
