Challenge: 6 Week - Team Bikini
"Over the last few years I have suffered from depression and stress eating caused me to gain 22 kg. I have done a few BBR programs in the past with good results but have then fallen back into old habits and put weight back on. This time I have a new motivation, perseverance and a new sense of achievement. I re-did Bikini 1.0 before starting Bikini 2.0 and feel like I finally have shifted my habits to keep going and I’ve already booked in for the next round of Booty.
