“12 weeks of BBR - to say that I am proud to be a part of this team is an understatement! It is such an honor. Rachel Dillon is changing the lives of thousands of women all over the world and BBR is taking over! This is my third Challenge with Rach in the last 3 months, I have seen my body change drastically and am in the best shape ever just one year postpartum after my second little babe! Mentally, I am a new person! I am disciplined to meal prep each week, creating new recipes from whole foods I enjoy eating.  

I now wake up each morning at 5:30am before the kids are up to get my workouts done, something I never thought I would do because sleep is precious when you have a little one but when you love what you’re doing you look forward to getting it done and using that energy to set the tone for the day! I have learned to work smart and not hard, MTM, tempo etc. I don’t spend hours working out or doing doubles because I know I got in an effective workout that I enjoyed each time! I can’t say enough about it, but if you have been a part of it you can vouch for every single one of these things. I’m so grateful for the amazing team behind BBR and every single one of you.
