Challenge: 6 Week - Team Shred
"My first BBR  Challenge is officially done and dusted (BBR SHRED 1.0)

I wasn't 100% on point with the food all the time, because balance! But I showed up to every single workout, 6 days a week, 6 weeks straight, no matter how I was feeling! I'm a tad proud of myself for not letting my inner voice win when it tried.

I definitely got change. My biggest change was mentally! I struggle to not focus on the scales. I obsess over food and calories. But I found so much strength within myself by trusting the process. The BBR team were super supportive with every question I had along the way. The BBR community have also been amazing.

I feel great! I've pushed myself way outside of my comfort zone. I had down days but I've come out on top.
