Challenge: 6 Week - Team Bikini
"This is my 2nd BBR challenge and it has well and truly changed my life. From being uneducated and counting calories that I could barely function under, vigorously working out on cardio machines and hating exercise, to eating lots and lots of food for fuel, lifting weights, and loving every step of the fitness journey.
