From my first BBR challenge in March to finishing my second one now. 
Challenges: 6 Week Shred 1.0 & Bikini 1.0 
Close to 30lbs off but that doesn’t even compare to the joy of my body simply changing. Through the motivation, dedication & even falling off the plan for a few days.. weeks.. you just gotta get back up & remind yourself why you started. It’s crazy to look back at that person in the first photo like damnnnn I did that. 

Thank you Rachel Dillon & BBR team. Y’all are some incredible, motivational & strong women. I am glad to be a part of something so special.
