We've created instructional videos explaining all things Nutrition, Training, Progress & Goal Tracking!
Top and bottoms must be worn (no hands covering boobs).
Photo must be taken with you standing in front of a plain background - preferably a white background.
Photo must be clear, well lit and as high quality as you can! No selfies, please!
The ‘Before Graphic’ must be visible in all photos, either printed or visible on your device.
Take one front, one side, and one back photo.
Your whole body should be visible in each photo.
Step 1: Go into your profile by selecting your profile photo in top right corner on your App.
Step 2: Tap on 'Your Progress' on your profile page
Step 3: Tap on the Before Photo images and upload your new photos!
Note: Make sure you have the latest version of our Bodies By Rachel App! If your App doesn't have the option of choosing your progress photo, this means you will need to update your App. Simply update your App via your App Store or Google Play, or remove the Bodies By Rachel App and re-download.
For 8 Week Train Like Me Challenge, you must take your before and after photos holding the graphics to be eligible for the Challenge prize.
For 6 Week Booty & Core and 4 Week STT Programs, you are not required to take your progress pics with BBR graphics.
Please make sure you have installed the latest version of the 'Bodies By Rachel' App from the App Store. If you have purchased your Program on our website, you MUST use the same email to access your App.
If you enter a different email address, our App won't be able to register your Program.

Yes! All BBR Programs include check-in options.
8 Week Train Like Me Challenge has 3x fortnightly check-ins.
6 Week Booty & Core has 2 fortnightly check-ins.
4 Week STT Program has one check-in at week 2.
Absolutely! You will have access to both home and gym workout options.
For the home version, you will need the following equipment: Set of Dumbbells, Bench, Exercise Ball, Resistance Bands, Booty Bands, Ankle Weights and a Skipping Rope.
We have also introduced our no equipment workout options that you are able to incorporate into your daily workouts via the Workout Library.

Our new App tools make it easier than ever to introduce variety to your Meal Guide, so make sure to view our Nutrition Tutorial video! However, we recommend following one Meal Guide for at least a week as it makes meal prepping a whole lot easier!
If you would like to change a single day, please click the edit icon in the bottom right corner and select 'Edit My Meals'.
You will have the option to add new recipes/foods, delete and rearrange the order of your meals, and save any changes by clicking the edit icon once more.
You can also press 'Get New Meal Guide' to update your entire guide to new meals that perfectly fit your recommended calories and macros!
You can either select ‘Save Changes to Meal Guide’ which will only save that one particular day, or you can opt to ‘Save As Default Meal Guide’ which will save this Meal Guide for all days!
The key is to choose a weight that is challenging for you but still allows you to perform your reps with good form.
We recommend aiming to slightly increase your weight each week.
If you feel like you are getting stronger and the weight is no longer challenging you, then increase your weight.
You have to be able to push and challenge yourself!
