Please note we do not issue refunds or returns on any non-faulty items. We pack our items ourselves and always check to ensure all items are approved by us before sending.

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, you are required to send photo evidence to merch@bodiesbyrachel.com.au. If your claim is justified, you will be offered in-store credit once the item is received back at our facility. We do not offer any refunds or returns for change of mind. We do not refund or exchange any items that show signs of wear and tear.

NOTE: You, the customer, have agreed to assume the responsibility to cover any expenses involved with returning your order. In the event of a returned order, you will receive store credit to the value of your original purchase. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship your goods. All exchanges and returns will be shipped to the Gold Coast, Australia.

Bodies By Rachel merchandise items are limited edition, and we cannot guarantee the ability to exchange your item for another due to availability.

The above policy is valid for a period of 7 days after your purchase is received. At this expiry of this period, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges.
