"I have been training at the gym for a while now but before I started BBR I was under eating, feeling lethargic at the gym and was definitely not getting the results I wanted. BBR has taught me balance! I can finally stick to something during the week and enjoy my weekends. I still slip up now and then but I’m so happy with my results and more than anything my strength!! I’m eating more food and carbs and feeling amazing. I’m also on the plant based program and have been plant based for a while. I was initially worried with my dietary requirements but the BBR team are amazing at accommodating for everyone. So thank you!!"
