"I had a blast completing all the workouts involved in the 8 week program and am feeling fitter than ever! It provided me an outlet for some stressful times. But its only the beginning of a new journey. I loved the efficient intense workouts which allowed me to have enough calories within my day and enjoy the foods I love. I also learnt about consuming calories that provided me with sustainable energy and avoiding unwanted crashes after meals. Can’t wait to start my next BBR program! Thanks ladies!"
