"This Challenge was SO amazing! Not only were the workouts fun and super challenging (sweaty is an understatement!) but I am so grateful for the knowledge I gained on what foods to eat and when to eat them for my specific body type. I no longer feel hungry all the time like when I was on diets before, but I feel like my body is actually getting the fuel it needs. I lost 3cm off my waist, lost 2kg, my body fat % dropped from 20.6% to 18.7% and my average resting heart rate dropped from 78bpm to 68bpm!!
But most importantly I feel strong and happy!
