You Can Put  What In An Air Fryer?!

Please note that these recipes and nutritional information are only for a single-serve portion. If you're cooking for more than one or want to meal prep, simply multiply the quantity of ingredients by the number of serves you'd like to make. 

Air Fryer Egg Cups

Ingredients:
  • 2x Mini Stand 'N Stuff Tortillas
  • 2x Eggs 
  • 25g Cheese (Light)
  • Sriracha, to taste
Directions:
  1. Lay stand n' stuff tortillas on plate. Crack egg in each. Top with cheese and srircha.
  2. Add to air fryer basket and cook at 180°C for 8-10 minutes, until egg is cooked through.

*This meal can be stored in an air-tight container and kept in the fridge for 3-4 days.

Air Fryer Bagel Bites

Ingredients:
  • 45g Plain Flour
  • 90g Greek Yoghurt (Plain) (No Fat)
  • 50g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1x Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

Directions:
  1. In a bowl combine greek yoghurt, flour and baking powder. Mix until a thick dough consistency is reached.
  2. Sprinkle additional flour on bench and knead dough on surface for 5 minutes.
  3. Cut mozzarella into small cubes.
  4. Break apart roughly 2 tablespoon sized pieces of dough and wrap around mozzarella piece. Repeat process for remaining dough and mozzarella.
  5. Crack egg into bowl and whisk.
  6. Brush bagel bites with egg wash and top with bagel seasoning.
  7. Add bagel bites to air fryer basket and cook at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.

*This meal can be stored in an air-tight container and kept in the fridge for 3-4 days.

Crispy Chicken

 

Ingredients: 
  • 130g Chicken Breast (Raw)
  • 20g Corn Flakes
  • 1x Egg
  • 1tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/2tsp Cayenne Pepper
Directions:
  1. Dice chicken into strips and set aside. 
  2. Add corn flakes to a bowl. Mix in half of paprika, garlic salt and cayenne pepper. Using the bottom of a cup, crush corn flakes into small pieces and combine with spices.
  3. Crack egg into a shallow bowl or plate and whisk. Individually dip each chicken piece into egg mix, coat well. Next, dip chicken into cornflake mix and coat well.
  4. Place chicken pieces in air fryer basket and cook in air fryer at 180°C for 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked.

Air Fryer Hasselback Chicken

 Ingredients:

  • 175g Chicken Breast (Raw)
  • 60g Tomato
  • 50g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil

Directions:

  1. Slice tomato and mozzarella
  2. Prepare chicken: slice chicken vertically ensuring slices are evenly spaced along breast. Be careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Stuff slits with mozzarella, tomato and basil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Add chicken to air fryer basket.
  5. Cook in air fryer at 180°C for 18-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.

*This meal can be stored in an air-tight container and kept in the fridge for 3-4 days.

Air Fryer Oreo 

 

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 Puff Pastry Sheet
  • 1x Oreo
  • 2g Icing Sugar
  • 4g Butter
Directions:
  1. Add oreo to centre of puff pastry.
  2.  Lift each corner and fold into centre around oreo. Press down to close.
  3. Melt butter and brush over top of puff pastry.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
  5. Add oreo to air fryer basket and cook for 3-4 minutes.

*We recommend creating this at time of consumption.

Air Fryer Breakfast Cups

Ingredients:

  • 2x Stand 'N Stuff Tortilla (Mini)
  • 2x Eggs
  • 15g Light Cheddar Cheese
  • 25g Capsicum
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

Directions:

  1. Dice capsicum.
  2. Crack eggs into tortillas. Top with capsicum, paprika and cheese.
  3. Add tortillas to air fryer and cook at 180°C for 8-10 minutes, until egg is cooked.

*This meal can be stored in an air-tight container and kept in the fridge for 3-4 days.
