Our Pilates Program is now available to join with weekly intakes commencing every Monday. For our Platinum Membership, Pilates can be accessed in your MWU App via the Program Switcher. And as this is a Program, it is available any time throughout the year! 📲

What type of training can you expect from Pilates?

Throughout this Program you will enjoy a combination of:

This Program includes two class styles: Body Sculpt and Body Sweat.

Body Sculpt concentrates on low-impact movements that target specific muscle groups, including those that you may not have known existed. By emphasising core strength, this class is intended to lengthen and sculpt your body, while also enhancing your flexibility, posture, and stability.

Body Sweat is a blend of Pilates and cardio that elevates your heart rate and makes you break a sweat. This high-energy class is designed to sculpt your body and leave you fuelled with endorphins.

This Program is suitable for beginners who are new to Pilates or starting out on their fitness journey.

Regardless of your fitness level or Pilates experience, this Program will help you refine your technique, establish proper body alignment, and maximise the benefits of your workouts.

Pilates Program Training Split

Pilates is structured into three 2-week blocks.

Block 1:

In this block, you’ll concentrate on mastering the fundamental techniques and alignment of Pilates. You will develop a solid foundation and gain confidence in your movements.

Block 2:

In this block, you’ll find the exercises become more demanding, and your mind-body connection starts to strengthen. You'll start to feel stronger mentally and physically, and you'll be able to progress through the exercises with newfound confidence.

Block 3:

The final block is where the real transformation happens. The exercises become more advanced, and you'll start to feel the strongest version of yourself. By the end of the program, you'll have a deeper understanding of the Pilates method and a stronger, more resilient body.

With the option to choose between 4, 5, or 6 training days per week, Pilates gives you the flexibility to succeed. Let’s take a closer look at the training split:

When can I join this Program?

Pilates will be available to join from May 23rd.

As this is a Program, you will have immediate access and be able to set your start date to the current week to start right away. Our Pilates Program will also have weekly intakes commencing each Monday throughout the year.

As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive instructions via email on how to access our MWU App and begin preparing for Day 1.

You’ll enjoy 12 weeks of full App access if you choose to join this Program separately, or alternatively, explore our Membership options for 12 months App access. For a step-by-step guide to get started please click here.

Is this Program included in the Platinum Membership?

Yes! When you sign up for our Annual Platinum Membership, you receive access to ALL available MWU Programs and Levels for 12 months, as well as access to ALL upcoming Challenges the Challenge duration period for 2023.

For our Platinum Members, you'll be able to access the Pilates Program via the Program Switcher in your MWU App when App access is live.

What training experience is required?

This program is ideal for beginners who are new to Pilates or starting out on their fitness journey.

Regardless of your fitness level or Pilates experience, this Program will help you refine your technique, establish proper body alignment, and maximise the benefits of your workouts.

Does this Program include Home & Gym options?

Yes! You can switch between home and gym workouts by toggling between the dumbbell and home icon at the top of your screen in the Workouts tab.

What equipment do I need?

To complete the Pilates Program, you will need the following pieces of equipment:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Booty Band
  • Pilates Ball (Lisa uses a 22cm ball)
  • A Light Pair of Dumbbells

The best part about this Program is you can take these workouts anywhere with little-to-no equipment.
